Job Description:
Village Green Memory Care Home is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract potential residents, and communicate the unique value of our memory care services. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the administrative team to align marketing efforts with the organizationβs goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote Village Greenβs services.
- Identify target audiences and tailor marketing efforts to effectively reach and engage them.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
Content Creation and Management:
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, the company website, brochures, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, ensuring consistency with the brand's voice and message.
- Manage and update the organization's website and social media channels to keep content fresh and relevant.
Community Engagement and Outreach:
- Develop and maintain relationships with local community, healthcare providers, and other potential referral sources.
- Plan and participate in community events, workshops, and seminars to promote Village Green and its services.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key metrics related to marketing campaigns, resident inquiries, and occupancy rates.
- Prepare and present regular reports to the management team on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and initiatives.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the administrative and care teams to ensure that marketing materials accurately reflect the services and ethos of Village Green.
- Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and media outlets as needed.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.
- Stay updated on best practices in senior care marketing and incorporate them into the organizationβs strategies.
